Founded by Dorcas Mapamboli, a licensed Master Cosmetologist, the studio is built on advanced technique, healthy hair practices, and a commitment to excellence. Each appointment is a personalized experience, ensuring every client leaves with a style that is not only beautiful, but meticulously crafted. Location: 2100 Parklake Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30345 Phone: 470-344-6450 MAPAMBOLI SIGNATURE POLICIES • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. • A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations and no-shows. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee. After 30 minutes without communication, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. • Hair must be clean and detangled before your appointment unless a wash service has been added. • A $50 fee applies to clients with short hair requiring additional preparation time. • An Early Bird Fee of $50 applies to appointments scheduled between 4:30 AM and 8:30 AM. • A $50 After-Hours Fee applies to appointments scheduled after 6:00 PM. • Payment is accepted by cash or card through the app. Taxes and processing fees are included at checkout. • No refunds are provided for completed services. Any concerns regarding your service must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. • For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests or unattended children are permitted. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
